We’re on the lookout for a Senior Producer to join a highly motivated and innovative game development studio based in the North of England. This role will see you shaping the quality, processes, and culture of an ambitious team working on exciting new titles.
As Senior Producer, you will take ownership of key production areas, overseeing planning, scheduling, execution, and team leadership to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery. You’ll be instrumental in implementing transparent and iterative production processes, driving velocity and quality across multidisciplinary teams.
Your communication skills will be critical, as you’ll ensure all stakeholders—internal teams and external partners—are kept informed with clarity and empathy. Leading by example, you’ll mentor junior team members, provide expert guidance, and foster strong relationships both within the studio and externally, including representing the studio at industry events when needed.

The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…
Worked through the full development lifecycle on two or more AAA titles.
Technical production expertise, ability to plan, manage, and ensure the successful delivery of work from technically focused teams.
Project management proficiency, experience with tools like Jira, Hansoft, or Trello, and the ability to build effective schedules and roadmaps while supporting visibility and reporting across the studio.
Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, autonomy, and effective communication skills to lead effectively and transparently.
