We’re working on a Global Brand Assistant role for PLAION’s UK Publishing team.
As the Global Brand Assistant, you’ll report to a Global Brand Manager, and provide brand and marketing support, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and efficiently. This is an entry-level role within a global team, which will provide excellent potential to establish and progress a career in the games industry.
PLAION are a powerhouse in global publishing and home to blockbuster gaming franchises like Kingdom Come Deliverance, Dead Island, Metro and Saints Row. As part of the Global Brand & Marketing Division, you’ll support brand and marketing campaigns for some of the industry’s most exciting IPs.
Your responsibilities…
Assist Global Brand Managers in executing global marketing campaigns.
Handle asset tracking, approvals, and department administration.
Support internal and external brand presentations.
Coordinate with studios, product development, and local marketing teams.
Manage invoices, SOWs, and supplier payments.
Assist with studio asset sourcing, documentation, and game capture.
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and approval processes.
Contribute to social, comms, and community initiatives.
The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…
Previous experience in Marketing, Brand or PR at a local, international or global level
Highly motivated and eager to develop a career in Brand/Marketing.
Organised multitasker who is comfortable working in a fluid environment.
Strong communicator and team player.
Passionate about gaming, with knowledge of industry trends.
Fluent in English with strong verbal/written skills
Proficient in MS suite of products.
Non-essential but desirable…
