We’re working on a Marketing Manager Territories position for PLAION. This role will see you oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of localized marketing campaigns for PLAION’s diverse portfolio.
You’ll use your flair for crafting impactful, tangible territory-specific campaigns, blending creativity and data-driven insight through collaboration with teams across multiple territories.
You can expect to work closely with global brand teams, regional marketing teams, and external partners to adapt global strategies to resonate with local audiences, ensuring successful product launches and achieving key business goals.

Your responsibilities…
- Lead territories in developing and executing tailored marketing campaigns that align with global brand strategies.
- Define clear campaign goals, target audiences, messaging, and channel strategies to maximize player engagement and retention.
- Adapt global marketing assets and campaigns to meet the cultural and market-specific needs of assigned territories.
- Find and implement local marketing initiatives that captivate audiences and build excitement for PLAION’s releases.
- Act as a central point of communication between global brand teams, regional marketing teams, and external partners.
- Ensure seamless campaign execution and drive alignment across stakeholders in all territories.
- Partner with territories to develop and implement impactful trade marketing strategies that align with their unique market needs.
- Support territories in achieving sales and revenue goals through thoughtful trade marketing initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, analyzing results to find successes and areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend campaign adjustments to maximize ROI and reach.
- Collaborate with the Insights Team to conduct research, stay ahead of industry trends, and understand player behaviour in each territory.
- Leverage insights to inform and refine marketing strategies.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with local territories and external partners.
- Develop joint marketing initiatives and secure high-impact placements to amplify campaigns.
- Work with territory marketing teams to manage campaign budgets, track spending, and ensure best resource allocation.
- Deliver detailed campaign performance reports, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Share key learnings across global teams to drive alignment and continuous improvement.
- Creative, strategic, and results-driven mindset, with a passion for gaming and a track record of delivering successful campaigns in a global environment.
- Proven experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or related roles within the gaming or entertainment industry.
- Deep understanding of the video games industry, including market trends, player behaviour, and platform ecosystems.
- Experience managing global 360° marketing campaigns and working across multiple territories.
- Project management skills, comfortable handling multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong data analysis abilities, with proficiency in tracking KPIs and using analytics tools to inform decision-making.
- Passion for storytelling and audience engagement.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with global teams and external partners.
- Proven track record of delivering results, meeting or exceeding marketing goals and revenue targets.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and advanced tools like project management software.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
