PLAION is looking for a Global Project Manager for their Brand and Marketing Team to drive the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing campaigns.
As Global Project Manager you’ll work with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate project timelines and deliver standout marketing campaigns for PLAION'S globally recognized gaming franchises.
PLAION, part of the Embracer Group, is a global leader in games and entertainment. As Embracer’s primary publisher, PLAION's portfolio features franchises like Dead Island, Kingdom Come Deliverance, Metro and Saint’s Row.
This role is available on a hybrid basis with 3 days on site (Monday to Wednesday).
Your responsibilities…
As Global Project Manager you’ll work with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate project timelines and deliver standout marketing campaigns for PLAION'S globally recognized gaming franchises.

Your responsibilities…
- Develop project timelines, set deliverables, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, studios, and vendors.
- Assign tasks, monitor workflows, and track deliverables to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate regular status meetings and identify project risks or bottlenecks, escalating issues as needed.
- Manage complex asset localization projects to support regional teams and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with creative services and project managers to align resources, assess capacity, and balance priorities.
- Analyse outcomes and contribute to post-project reports, offering insights and recommendations.
- 4 or more years of project management experience, leading complex, cross-functional projects.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and prioritize to meet changing priorities.
- Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
- Entertainment marketing or games industry experience.
