Job description
Aardvark Swift are leading the search for an experienced Senior Producer to join one of the UK's leading games publishers, and join their successful and expanding Publishing Partnerships team, dedicated to bringing high-quality, independently developed games to a global audience.
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping game development plans, influencing design and production decisions, and overseeing the release of games across PC and console platforms.
Beyond core production duties, you'll also support the Head of Publishing in evaluating potential game projects and contribute to long-term franchise planning, such as developing future features, DLC content, and strategic growth ideas.
This position is based in the UK and operates within a hybrid working structure, with on-site office days being Tuesday and Thursday.
Your responsibilities will include…
Provide critical feedback to development teams at all stages, with a focus on user experience, competitor analysis, and industry trends
Evaluate game builds, assess milestone completions, and ensure overall game quality
Handle production and compliance tasks required for game releases
Report on project progress to stakeholders, identifying potential issues early, and proposing solutions to minimize impact
Collaborate with Marketing to align game development with marketing efforts, ensuring consistency in messaging
The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…
3 or more years’ experience as a Games Producer
Delivered one or more titles on console/PC as a Senior Producer
Skilled in providing actionable feedback, managing the submission and QA process
Comfortable working across departments, especially with Marketing teams
Excellent organisational skills and able to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively
Thorough knowledge of project management processes is essential, as well as being skilled in budgeting/forecasting
