Job description

We’re working with PLAION to find a Project Coordinator to join their UK publishing team and support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns.

As Brand & Marketing Project Coordinator team you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing assets are briefed, aligned, and delivered on schedule.

Your responsibilities…
  • Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and tracking deliverables for marketing campaigns.
  • Support the delivery of complex asset localization and versioning projects.
  • Collaborate with franchise, territory marketing, and digital commerce teams to align on asset needs for key campaign milestones.
  • Coordinate with internal creative and localization teams to schedule, develop, and deliver marketing assets.
  • Manage asset briefs between franchise and creative teams, providing regular updates and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Oversee feedback, revisions, and quality control to ensure assets meet deadlines.
  • Handle the approvals process, securing signoffs from internal and external stakeholders (e.g., partners, age rating boards).
  • Maintain and organize the library of marketing assets and materials.
The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…
  • 3 or more years of experience in a marketing role, working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized, proactive with a keen eye for detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Educated to graduate level or equivalent professional experience.
