Aardvark Swift is exclusively recruiting for a Senior Games Data Analyst to join a leading studio in Berlin, specializing in story-driven casual games.

As a Senior Data Analyst you’ll enhance player engagement through data-driven insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve game performance, retention, and personalization.

Your responsibilities...

• Analyze player data to derive actionable insights and support key decisions

• Create metrics, dashboards, and in-depth analyses to measure and boost game performance

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Art, and Central Service teams on impactful game updates and personalized player experiences

• Engage with stakeholders to develop, communicate, and implement data-driven strategies and AB-testing protocols

• Work with Data Science and Engineering teams on data management, ensuring accurate reporting and clear data interpretation

The skills and experience you'll bring to the role...

• Strong experience in data analysis, ideally within mobile applications or games

• Proficiency in SQL, with a good grasp of statistical techniques

• Analytical mindset to connect player behaviour with data insights

• Skill in presenting results through tools like Tableau, Looker, or Periscope

• Knowledge of monetization strategies, player behaviour patterns, and market trends

Desirable but non essential skills...

• Familiarity with behavioural psychology and predictive analytics

• Experience with advanced statistical techniques, Python, and DBT
