Aardvark Swift have teamed up with a globally renowned name in gaming, entertainment, and innovation as they look to appoint a Head of Branch Sales & Marketing for the EU region to shape and deliver strategies to elevate the brand’s presence across Europe and also the Middle East.
You’ll unite sales and marketing activity across the EU, forming a cohesive strategy and acting as the link between the EU and company headquarters. Aligning the global vision with initiatives to impact local markets. By translating directives from HQ into impactful, actionable plans, you’ll drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Your responsibilities…
Develop and deliver sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
Align regional objectives with the global vision and goals
Analyse market trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement plans to increase market share
Lead and inspire sales teams
Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
Optimise sales processes to align with company goals and best practices
Oversee regional marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and engagement
Localise global marketing strategies to resonate with diverse EU markets
Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture
Provide mentorship and growth opportunities to empower team members
Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently
Track and report performance metrics, offering insights to senior leadership
Collaborate with product, finance, and operations teams to align on strategic goals
Coordinate with other regional leaders to share insights and adopt best practices
Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with EU regulations and internal policies
Proactively identify and address risks to safeguard brand reputation
The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…
Experience of leading sales and marketing activity in multiple territories
Experienced in devising and implementing sales strategies to drive growth
Relationship-building abilities across internal teams and external stakeholders
Comfortable articulating complex strategies to varied audiences
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Successfully driven growth and raised brand presence across EU and/or Middle Eastern markets
Ability to adapt global strategies to suit local market dynamics while maintaining brand integrity
Comprehensive understanding of B2B and/or B2C markets
Skilled in leading teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Collaborative leadership style that promotes open dialogue and values diverse input
Strong analytical skills for interpreting market data and translating insights into actionable plans
Excellent problem-solving capabilities
Based in the UK and hold the right to work in the UK
Bonus points if you have any Japanese language skills
