As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the future of a live game, focusing on both player experience and revenue growth. Your ability to balance these two elements will be key, and you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging, player-focused features that differentiate the game in a competitive market.

You’ll work with a highly talented group, where you will help drive the growth of an exciting and successful mobile game. The role offers a hybrid work model with 2 days per week onsite in Berlin, allowing you to collaborate closely with your team while enjoying flexibility.

Your responsibilities include…

  • Conducting detailed quantitative analysis of product performance to identify opportunities for increased player engagement and monetisation.

  • Collaborating with Finance and other internal teams to build forecasts and develop business models that align with financial targets.

  • Assisting in operational planning to drive key performance indicator (KPI) growth.

  • Managing the creation of Live Ops and monetisation events, ensuring they align with player interests and business objectives.

  • Working with Analysts and Data Science teams to plan, execute, and analyse A/B testing to drive product improvements.

  • Partnering with Community Management to gather and understand qualitative player feedback.

  • Collaborating with CRM, Marketing, and User Acquisition teams to enhance customer research, growth strategies, and campaigns.

The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…

  • Previous experience of working as a Product Manager in the games industry.

  • Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Strong understanding of player behaviour, market trends, and game economies.

  • Comfortable prioritising and taking risks, learning from them, and sharing those lessons with your team.

  • Collaborative mindset, couple with humility and a strong sense of accountability.

Highly desirable…

  • A deep expertise in free-to-play mobile game business models and monetisation strategies is advantageous.

Perks and benefits include…

  • Relocation support for you and your family including visa support, a relocation allowance and help finding a home.

  • Annual salary review.

  • Bonus based on company KPIs – share in the studio's commercial success.

  • 28 days annual leave, with more days added with service.

  • 'Workcation' – work from abroad for up to 10 days per year.

  • Mental and physical health collaborations.

  • Purpose day to allow you to donate your time to a worthy cause.

  • Yearly personal education budget, plus 2 days of educational leave and in-house training.

  • Cycle and public transport subsidies.

  • Support with securing kindergarten/nursey/preschool slots.

  • German language classes for you and your partner.
