Assisting in operational planning to drive key performance indicator (KPI) growth.
Managing the creation of Live Ops and monetisation events, ensuring they align with player interests and business objectives.
Working with Analysts and Data Science teams to plan, execute, and analyse A/B testing to drive product improvements.
Partnering with Community Management to gather and understand qualitative player feedback.
Collaborating with CRM, Marketing, and User Acquisition teams to enhance customer research, growth strategies, and campaigns.
The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role…
Previous experience of working as a Product Manager in the games industry.
Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Strong understanding of player behaviour, market trends, and game economies.
Comfortable prioritising and taking risks, learning from them, and sharing those lessons with your team.
Collaborative mindset, couple with humility and a strong sense of accountability.
Highly desirable…

Mental and physical health collaborations.
Purpose day to allow you to donate your time to a worthy cause.
Yearly personal education budget, plus 2 days of educational leave and in-house training.
