Aardvark Swift is partnering with a leading game studio to find an experienced Senior Product Manager to join their team in Berlin.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the future of a live game, focusing on both player experience and revenue growth. Your ability to balance these two elements will be key, and you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging, player-focused features that differentiate the game in a competitive market.
You’ll work with a highly talented group, where you will help drive the growth of an exciting and successful mobile game. The role offers a hybrid work model with 2 days per week onsite in Berlin, allowing you to collaborate closely with your team while enjoying flexibility.
Your responsibilities include…

Your responsibilities include…
- Conducting detailed quantitative analysis of product performance to identify opportunities for increased player engagement and monetisation.
- Collaborating with Finance and other internal teams to build forecasts and develop business models that align with financial targets.
- Assisting in operational planning to drive key performance indicator (KPI) growth.
- Managing the creation of Live Ops and monetisation events, ensuring they align with player interests and business objectives.
- Working with Analysts and Data Science teams to plan, execute, and analyse A/B testing to drive product improvements.
- Partnering with Community Management to gather and understand qualitative player feedback.
- Collaborating with CRM, Marketing, and User Acquisition teams to enhance customer research, growth strategies, and campaigns.
- Previous experience of working as a Product Manager in the games industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of player behaviour, market trends, and game economies.
- Comfortable prioritising and taking risks, learning from them, and sharing those lessons with your team.
- Collaborative mindset, couple with humility and a strong sense of accountability.
- A deep expertise in free-to-play mobile game business models and monetisation strategies is advantageous.
