Aardvark Swift is leading the search for an experienced Product Director for one of Europe's leading games studios based in the heart of Berlin. You will lead a talented team and shape the future of one of the most beloved games in the market!

As Product Director role, you will oversee the product management discipline for one of the studio’s flagship games, ensuring the long-term vision and strategy are effectively translated into both new and existing features.

Reporting directly to the Game Director, you will be responsible for key product decisions and leading a team of Product Managers to develop and execute the product roadmap for a market-leading title.

Your Responsibilities...

Drive Success:

• Lead efforts to continuously enhance the game as a sustainably profitable business while delivering exceptional value to players

• Champion the next generation of product improvements, ensuring the game’s growth and longevity

• Collaborate with the Games leadership team on strategic initiatives that push the studio’s vision of evolving into an entertainment platform

Lead the Product Management Discipline:

• Serve as the primary decision-maker for all product-related aspects within the game

• Manage the prioritized backlog and product roadmap, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders

• Actively contribute to the forecasting process by linking execution plans to overall company objectives

• Conduct thorough player and market research to represent the voices of both current and future players

• Foster a culture of A/B testing, feature validation, and data-driven decision-making across the team

• Ensure that product insights and learnings are effectively shared and implemented throughout the organization

• Collaborate closely with the game’s leadership to create a product that delights players and drives business success

• Act as a key ambassador for the Product Management discipline, both within and outside the company

Lead the People:

• Employ a coaching approach to develop Product Managers into industry-leading professionals

• Cultivate an environment where the team can perform at their best, continually reflecting on and improving this environment
