PLAION are looking for a Global Influencer Manager who loves working at the intersection of creativity and strategy and is a passionate advocate for content creators and an expert in connecting brands with influencers across the globe.
As a Global Influencer Manager, you’ll work closely with cross-functional internal teams, external partners, and regional territories to develop and deliver impactful influencer activations. From one-off projects to long-term partnerships, you’ll help grow PLAION’s creator network, elevate its global campaigns, and drive meaningful connections between its brands and creators.
You’ll be joining a small, close-knit, and collaborative team that values diversity, creativity, and authenticity. Their shared passions include food, music, football, and, of course, gaming—from indie gems to AAA blockbusters.

Your responsibilities…
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align influencer strategies with Marketing and Brand projects.
- Create and execute influencer campaigns that align with PLAION’s brand and marketing strategy.
- Build and support direct relationships with influencers, agencies, and partners, ensuring global promotion of PLAION’s IPs.
- Collaborate with the Global Influencer Strategy Manager to define KPIs, measure success, and offer actionable insights from campaign reporting.
- Partner with PLAION’s regional teams to design and implement localized influencer activations for key campaign moments.
- Provide expertise and guidance to territories on sourcing, vetting, contracting, and collaborating with influencers and content creators.
- Attend essential meetings and calls to align with stakeholders and projects.
- Create briefs and supporting documentation for influencers, agencies, and internal teams.
- Review and select influencer talent for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
- Build and maintain connections with creators and partners, nurturing organic advocates for PLAION’s games.
- Monitor industry trends to find opportunities for innovation in influencer partnerships.
- 3 or more years’ experience in influencer marketing, with a record of delivering successful campaigns and partnerships.
- Expertise in creating, supervising, and reporting on influencer campaigns, both organic and paid.
- Experience growing a brand’s influencer outreach and setting up long-term partnerships.
- Knowledge of gaming ecosystems and platforms such as Twitch, Discord, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and shifting timelines with confidence.
- Collaborative thinker who finds opportunities to connect their work with that of colleagues to create greater impact.
- Strong communicator who can transform ideas into actionable stories and plans.
- Passionate about gaming, with an understanding of gaming-related content and creator culture.
- Thrives on receiving and giving constructive feedback.
- Adaptable, resilient, and able to embrace fast-paced environments and ambiguity.
- A natural team player, open to diverse ideas and perspectives.
- Comfortable with the Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams).
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management experience, particularly in coordinating campaigns across regions or teams.
- Familiarity with influencer insights tools (e.g., LevelUp Analytics) and payment systems like SAP.
- Experience in talent contracting and event coordination.
