Job description
World renowned studio Rocksteady are looking for a Senior Rendering Programmer as they enter the latter stages of their new release Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League.
As a Senior Rendering Programmer, you will create, expand, and enhance advanced graphics technologies that drive the game's performance. Your responsibilities will encompass enhancing established methods, and crafting utilities to streamline content development.
Collaboration with artists and technical artists will be a significant aspect of your role and assisting them in realizing the Art Director's artistic vision will be a core focus. Together, innovative strategies will be devised to ensure the utmost calibre of the gaming experience on top-tier PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
Your responsibilities…

Your responsibilities…
- Developing rendering features and systems
- Profiling and optimising on CPU & GPU
- Guiding artists in content creation and optimisation
- Improving debug tools and development workflows
- Researching, prototyping, and implementing new rendering techniques
- High level of C++ coding and general technical ability
- Strong graphics background with knowledge of cutting-edge rendering techniques and 3D maths
- Solid understanding of current graphics hardware, APIs, and shader programming languages
- Knowledge of a variety of CPU, GPU, and asset optimisation approaches
- Professional game development experience on AAA projects
- Experience with Unreal Engine 4/5 preferred
- Familiarity with the latest generation of consoles would be preferable
