We're looking for an ambitious, self-driven Senior Recruiter to join our award-winning team that's driven by games, fuelled by talent. No previous gaming knowledge is required; just a motivation to work within a niche lucrative market where potential is limitless!
In this role, you will lead and create a positive impact within the games industry playing a pivotal role within the team and supporting Aardvarks Swift’s industry growth plans by managing the recruitment process for clients and candidates.
What you’ll do…
Build and develop a strong talent pipeline, through effective sourcing methods such as social platforms, networking, headhunting, referrals, and screening of candidates
Develop, grow, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the recruitment process
Actively connecting talent to vacancies, ensuring successful outcomes for both candidates and clients are achieved
Identifying and securing new business opportunities, networking to build a client base and managing existing accounts effectively
Being consistently on track with weekly KPIs and targets
What you’ll need…
Previous experience within a recruitment or sales environment
Demonstrate building and maintaining strong long-term relationships
Relationship focused with a sales-driven mentality
High attention to detail
