As the HR Manager, you will take ownership of all activities related to lifecycle initiatives, including recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and development.
Your goal is to create an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated throughout their employment, leading to improved productivity and a strong, positive company culture.

Your responsibilities…
- Promote and uphold company policies, processes, and practices
- Collaborate on the development of new organizational guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborate with management and team leads to define clear career paths for employee
- Work closely with team leads to identify and attract top talent to join their team
- Ensure that the recruitment process is efficient and effective
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment actions, from job advertisement and screening to interviews and final offers
- Develop effective strategies that motivate employees to perform at their best
- Cultivate an exceptional remote work environment that empowers our people to thrive and be productive
- Establish feedback processes that enable constructive employee appraisals and promote continuous development
- Provide support to new and existing employees, including assisting with visa and work permit applications, helping employees relocating from other countries, creating employment contracts and references, and maintaining employee records and files
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HR studies, trends, and best practices to ensure our HR practices remain competitive and effective
- 2 or more years of professional experience in HR
- Solid organizational and prioritisation skills
- Highly effective communication and conflict management skills
- Excellent sourcing and negotiating skills
- Experienced in dealing with confidential, sensitive data and issues
- Knowledge of German labour law and related areas of law, such as social security law
- Strong proficiency with both English and German languages
- HR-related experience within a digital, creative, or IT-related industry
- Experience with HR tools, e.g. BambooHR
