Video Games Recruiter – ex Sales, Estate Agency, Account Manager
Ever considered a career in recruitment? Maybe not. Most recruitment consultants wouldn’t claim it was their childhood ambition. Doctor, Fireman, Soldier, Nurse, Video Games Recruiter. It doesn’t really flow, does it? They’d be more likely to tell you that they didn’t even know what a recruiter did before they became one.
Our most successful recruiters have come from all walks of life; call centre sales roles, account management, estate agency, business development… But what they’ve all had in common is that they’re confident picking up the phone. They’re experienced in building relationships, and they know how to listen and negotiate a good deal for everyone. All of the skills you need to be a successful recruiter!
We won’t bore you by telling you there’s ‘uncapped commission structure’ – of course there is. Like there is in every other sales role. But for us, it’s not all about the money. You’ll feel at home here. There’s no stuffy office atmosphere, no suit and tie, and our sense of community and comradery is strong. We have a monthly team lunch together, trips to the cinema or to the pub, Fifa tournaments at lunch, or for those who prefer running around for real we go to the gym together on our 90-minute lunch break. As cheesy as it is, it’s a really, really nice place to work.
Aside from that, you’ll also be offered;
- Great basic salary
- Generous commission structure
- On site parking
- Private healthcare
- Early finish on a Friday
- Discounted gym membership
- End of year parties (previously including Zombie hunting and activity weekends away)
- Quarterly nights out
- Regular training, including the opportunity to gain recognised recruitment qualifications
So, bring your sales experience along, we’ll teach you the recruitery ways. Our two-tier training starts with a bespoke online course, and then our very own Aardvark Swift 10 week learning programme. You’ll be speaking to our lovely candidates and clients from day one, so you can start lining up commission straight away!
So, interested in joining us? Good. We’re looking forward to hearing from you. You just need to send your CV to email@example.com.
