You'll be working on a mix of original, brand new and well-know IP's. Sounds a super exciting challenge, right? But don't worry. These guys are anti-crunch. Always have been, always will be. They have never downscaled in their two decades in the industry and are only looking up.
Day to day, you'll be building art tools and automaton processes to improve efficiency of the art pipeline. Defining art budgets, asset rigging, shader programming and game optimisation will be key to success in your new studio.
Past experience using Unity, Maya and Python would be advantageous.
