Senior Unity Technical Artist (Remote Options)
Friday Sundae – Bristol, UK
Bristol-based Friday Sundae are on the lookout for an experienced 3D Unity technical Artist to take art direction and run with a project, and oversee the other artists. This is a key role within the studio as you'll directly support the creative director.
They're currently developing their own IP set for a 2022 release; in addition to their varied commercial work, encompassing exhibitions, education, museums, games and apps… and more! There's no better time for a Senior Artist to join and work on original content, or a a Mid-level artist to make the step up.
They're ideally looking for somebody who has worked across mobile and/or Unity and has experience in many aspects of art production. Due to the nature of the project you'll ne involved with, games development experience with a young target audience would be desirable but not essential.
The skills and experience you'll need…
- A traditional art background and education
- Highly technical capabilities and mind
- A proven track record of leading small teams
- Comprehensive knowledge of Unity/Unreal Engine 4
- Procedural stylisation/creation expertise
- An eagerness to find solutions and solve problems
Friday Sundae are a creative digital studio, specialising in education, games and gamified content. They work in the interactive space for broadcasters, museums, agencies and educators.
They develop & localise kids games for Warner Media, the Cartoon Network and Sky Q as well as creating gamified educational experiences for the Science Museum & Imperial War Museums.
