Let’s take a wild guess, and assume that you’re here because you’re not all together happy with your current role.
Are you working in IT, accountancy or finance and bored shitless of your industry? Or are you looking to progress, and finding that the options are slim, or just finding your role a bit stale? Fed up of paying for parking in the city centre? Late nights in the office keeping you out of the gym? Well, let’s give you the solution to all of those problems.
We won’t bore you by telling you there’s ‘uncapped commission structure’ (of course there is) or that we have ‘free fruit fridays’ (we can’t imagine a scabby banana will make a significant difference to your life). But for us, it’s not all about the money (or the fruit). You should join us because you’ll feel at home here.
There’s no stuffy office atmosphere, no suit and tie, and our sense of community and comradery is strong. We have a monthly team lunch together, trips to the cinema or to the pub, Fifa tournaments at lunch, or for those who prefer running around for real we go to the gym together on our 90-minute lunch break. As cheesy as it is, it’s a really, really nice place to work, and you’ll be able to build a career here. You’ll begin your ‘Aardvark Swift Journey’ the second you join – giving you a clear picture of where you’re headed and what the next step in your career will be.
Aside from that, you’ll also be offered;
- Great basic salary
- Generous commission structure
- On site parking
- Private healthcare
- Early finish on a Friday
- Discounted gym membership
- End of year parties (previously zombie hunting, water skiing, weekends away)
- Quarterly nights out
- Regular training, including the opportunity to gain recognised recruitment qualifications
- Potential for flexible working
Sounds good, doesn’t it? So, let’s put your recruitment experience to good use. We’ve got studios such as EA, King, Rocksteady, Ubisoft, Microsoft and more, waiting for you to fill their roles with talented people ready to knock out their next game.
To join us as a Senior Recruiter, you’ll hopefully have around 4+ years experience. If you’ve worked in niche perm recruitment, specifically in tech, IT, engineering or HR, then you’ll be able to hit the ground running straight away. Anyone else – our in house recruitment training can fill in the gaps, and we’re also looking for Trainee Recruiters too!
Send a quick email to firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call on 01709 834777 if you’d like to chat more about the role.
