As the new Senior Recruiter for the UK arm of a true global giant in games and software QA testing you will take ownership of designing, implementing and coordinating the recruitment process.
You will also use your talent for developing relationships and experience of the Games and Tech industries to create graduate schemes in conjunction with key educational institutions to ensure a consistent pipeline of talent is available.
You'll be getting on board at an exciting time as the company builds on it's reputation of providing top-notch QA, localisation, live ops support, analytics and test automation across multiple continents by ramping up it's expansion plans following the recent acquisition of it's UK offices.
You will play a key part of the UK expansion plan as you liaise with senior management and internal departments to define internal recruitment requirements and ensure the right skills and personalities are brought in to strengthen and grow the internal teams.
In addition to the design and implementation of strategies and initiatives your day to day responsibilities will include…
- Conduct searches and headhunt talent
- Writing engaging job descriptions
- Liaise with Senior Management regarding the recruitment pipeline
- Managing third party relationships
The essential experience required for this role…
- 4+ years recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting for QA, Tech or Games companies
