Senior National Account Manager – Birmingham, UK

Job Description

A new role has just landed on my desk…. exciting times!

My client are part of Tandem Group plc and are the U.K’s biggest supplier of wheeled, sports and outdoor products to National Retailers, Independent Toy/Bike shops and On-line customers.

I am looking for an experienced, dynamic and self-starting Senior National Account Manager with a good strategic knowledge of the U.K toy/sports sector; well versed in communicating features and benefits, brand attributes, licensing plans, latest trends and customer support initiatives.
The role will require the development and implementation of individual range and customer plans to major national retailers; with a view to increasing sales/market share of the business across an existing customer base as well as seeking/opening new accounts.

The candidate must be a tenacious all-rounder (not just a salesperson), able to demonstrate the ability to excel at all aspects of account management such as; effective range presentation, promotional planning, negotiation skills, data analysis, profit maximization, product content and stock management.

How good does this sound so far?

The role is very flexible so if you are far from their main office in Birmingham then don't worry, you only need to pop in 2 days a week 🙂

With this role you will have a very good basic salary, car and a good bonus.
