Working in a passionate close-knit team that ensures your voice does not get lost in the crowd, you will deliver ‘AAA’ racing games within a studio that will value and recognise your contributions.
After another successful decade the studio is gearing itself up for developing the next generation of cutting-edge racing products and they are looking to expand their core design team with a handful of experienced hires, including a Senior Level Designer.
As the studio’s new Senior Level Designer, you will use your substantial experience to design, produce, implement and document assets and procedures for your assigned projects. You will ensure gameplay and the game’s overall quality exceeds the high standards required within the agreed timescales.
You can expect your day to day to include…
- Assessing the work completed by immediate colleagues, suggest enhancements and drive forward quality standards
- Play test and balance all owned areas of the game, in line with the vision and direction set by the Design team
- Liaise effectively with the Level Design team and other co-dependant job roles
- Report progress to and inform management of any implementation issues as they arise
For the role you will need extensive knowledge and a high level of proficiency with current tools and pipeline.
