Their Birmingham studio has a rich and unrivalled heritage of multiple award-winning racing games, such as the F1 franchise. Whilst working in this passionate and close-knit team, who will ensure your voice does not get lost in the crowd, you will deliver AAA racing games within a studio that will value and recognise your contributions.

After another successful decade, the studio is gearing itself up for development on the next generation of cutting-edge racing products. They are looking to expand their core design team with a handful of experienced hires, including a Senior Games Designer.

In this role, you will be involved in the conceptualisation and design direction of a major project within the studio, with responsibility for the design vision and monitoring of that project throughout development.

The skills and XP you'll need to succeed include:

  • A varied knowledge and experience of games across all fields, including PC, console, mobile, MMO, and browser-based
  • Detailed understanding of development processes
  • Knowledge of the games industry
  • The ability to present ideas to the design team and incorporate feedback to guide iteration
  • A minimum of 4+ years of proven game design experience
  • Worked on at least one completed titles
