After another successful decade, the studio is gearing itself up for development on the next generation of cutting-edge racing products. They are looking to expand their core design team with a handful of experienced hires, including a Senior Games Designer.
In this role, you will be involved in the conceptualisation and design direction of a major project within the studio, with responsibility for the design vision and monitoring of that project throughout development.
The skills and XP you'll need to succeed include:
- A varied knowledge and experience of games across all fields, including PC, console, mobile, MMO, and browser-based
- Detailed understanding of development processes
- Knowledge of the games industry
- The ability to present ideas to the design team and incorporate feedback to guide iteration
- A minimum of 4+ years of proven game design experience
- Worked on at least one completed titles
