Sales Manager (Hybrid Options)

Airship Interactive are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join their amazing team! Airship Interactive have been a crucial component and key player in the development of a huge selection of AAA titles recently released including: Horizon, Halo Infinite and Forza Horizon 5. This paired with their 12 years of history has established Airship Interactive as a vital part of the industry’s ecosystem.

As a Sales Manager, you will contribute to supercharging their growth trajectory by taking a leading role in directing and overseeing their sales objectives and initiatives. As part of the role you will drive the business and sector analysis by evaluating global market opportunities. You will also support in the delivery of annual sales plans, ensuring activities and objectives are aligned with the company’s mission for revenue growth and brand evolution.

Your role and responsibilities will include…
 

  • Creating, managing and driving sales opportunities
  • Contributing to the overall sales strategy
  • Account management/account growth
  • Attending client meetings, presentations, trade shows, etc.
  • Creating & executing project handovers
  • Focussing on cost-effective negotiations with company partners
  • Collaborating with legal teams on contract negotiations

For this role, you will need…
 

  • Proficiency in MS Office programmes
  • The ability to be self-motivated, customer-focused and aim for high performing results
  • Negotiation/Sales skills
  • The ability to work effectively on own initiative

Bonus points if you have…
 

  • A track record of exceeding targets
  • Expertise and knowledge of the Games Industry
  • B2B, Asana and other CRM’s Experience
  • Degree in Business or a related field
