This permanent position is based within their modern studio in Farnborough, with an easy commuting distance from London or the Guildford area.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Building high quality, scalable features for their exciting VR games
  • Exchanging ideas and technical plans with the design team
  • Guiding features through full development cycle (rapid prototyping, and evolving, through to production development, iteration/balancing and bug fixing)

The XP and skills you'll already need:

  • An advanced knowledge of C++ programming, design patterns and software engineering
  • Competency with 3D maths and data structures
  • Able to collaborate with a multi-discipline team
  • Capable of understanding complex tasks to produce results efficiently
  • Ability to combine smoothing and hysteresis with visual, audio and haptic feedback to create convincing and fun interactions
  • Proven experience developing high-quality features for published PC, console or mobile titles
  • Professional history with Unreal Engine 4
  • Experience developing for mobile, console or PC VR (desirable)
