Want to help an internationally recognised studio grow their Berlin hub?
You will be joining a global family of over 4,500 people and leading a small team of recruiters to strategically planning the growth of the Berlin office.
What will you do?
- Partner with the leadership team & HR to determine hiring needs aligned to business goals
- Design & execute customised search strategies across multiple functions/locations to hire for these needs
- Use innovative, leading edge sourcing techniques to map, attract & engage senior talent
- Build proactive relationships with passive candidates to engage over the longer-term
- Drive the end to end hiring process with hiring managers
- Design compensation recommendations & identify closing strategies
- Coach & mentor junior members of your team
- Evaluate, collaborate and organise external partners
- Initiate & drive ad-hoc projects to improve the recruitment processes
The essential experience you'll need…
- 4+ years experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Experience of recruiting for the Tech or Games industries
- Strong track record of working with executive leadership
