I'm working with the sensational 10 Chambers in Stockholm to locate a Lead Programmer to join and lead their growing programming team.
As the Programming Team Lead you'll use your broad game development experience to lead the team, help them grow individually as developers and together as a team to reach their project goals.
This role is ideal for existing Lead Programmers or experienced game programmers that want to evolve and take on leadership responsibilities.
You'll be working alongside the directors to plan and break down new features into manageable tasks for the team, identifying and resolving risks while reviewing the resulting solutions to maintain a high-quality code base.
Your responsibilities will also include establishing best programming practices, and being part of the evaluation and development processes for your team members. You will play a big part in the ambitious development team that embraces the creative and technical challenges that come with game development.

The skills and experience you'll being to the role include…
- 5+ years of programming experience touching multiple game systems such as Animations, Network and AI
- A desire to build and grow well-functioning teams
- Great understanding of how to break down game features into manageable tasks
- Strong collaboration skills
- Excellent English (Swedish is not a requirement)
Bonus points if you have any of the following…
- Experience with C# and Unity
- Experience with console titles
- Experience with online backends
10 Chambers is a small game studio based in the beautiful city of Stockholm, Sweden. They are an ambitious team of creative and highly experienced developers with a lifelong love for games. Right now, they're working on GTFO, a 4-player hardcore co-op action/horror FPS currently in Early Access.
