Aardvark Swift are currently working with Deep Silver to help them find a Global Community Manager! You will be the voice and face of their channel, creating & delivering highly engaging content and copy for the players to the high standard of the AAA game community entrusted to you!

Koch Media have published under the Deep Silver label more than 200 games since 2003, including own brands like the open world extravaganza Saints Row, the zombie action franchise Dead Island, and the gritty, post-apocalyptic Metro series! 

Your role and responsibilities will include…
 

  • Engaging in the conversation with the community across owned and outside of owned channels
  • Growing your community, while keeping high reach and engagement rates
  • Building, and further developing communities for one of their AAA IPs through maintaining high-quality and well-populated content calendar, as well as frequent and consistent community interactions
  • Leading the Community for your specific AAA product
  • Creating and coordinating a monthly content calendar for the channels entrusted to you
  • Monitoring and identifying relevant trends in the industry and your social channels and provide advice and contextual feedback to the Global Community Strategist
  • Contributing to weekly community snapshots including standout interactions and player feedback, providing key feedback on the general sentiment, potential issues and player requests
  • Identifying and growing community Heroes and Advocates

You'll need to be…
 

  • Passionate about games and gaming industry
  • Well-familiar with AAA gaming space
  • Always on top of the latest trends and changes across all new and well-established social platforms
  • A team player, who welcomes diversity of ideas and personalities, and adversity in the form of fast pace and at times ambiguity
  • A critical thinker, who is comfortable with making tough calls

The skills and experience you'll need…
 

  • 4+ years of Community and Social Media Management
  • Previous roles working with or in the videogames industry
  • Proven track record of growing community channels or creating new communities and setting them up for success
  • Basic image/video editing skillset ( Adobe creative suite: Photoshop, Premiere)
  • Confident knowledge of MS Office Suite (Power Point, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Fluency in English
  • Familiarity with Social Media Management Tools such as Falcon.io

Bonus points if you have skills and experience with…
 

  • Community campaign creation experience
  • Managing Tik Tok accounts and Discord communities
  • Other European languages
  • Being on camera during live streams
