Camera Artist – Guildford, UK

Job Description

We're working with a very exciting developer in Guildford to find a highly talented and experienced games Camera Artist to play a key role in their studio.
They're a BAFTA-winning, independent game developer, best known for their beautiful, stunningly cinematic, and story-driven AAA games.

The Role

You will be editing cameras for motion captured in-game cinematics, to help drive narrative story telling through effective use of framing, lens choice and editing. You will have the ability to use a camera to convey emotional experiences.

You will be reporting into the Art Director and will be working closely with the art team to achieve the desired look and style. 

Essential experience;

  • At least 2 years of experience as a camera operator / creator, cinematographer, or editor in either real world or digital productions.
  • A working knowledge of cinematography and the language of film.

Even better if you have;

  • Experience with real time engines suck as Unreal, Unity or equivalent in house engine.
