Ballistic Moon are looking for an Associate Development Manager, I'd love to speak to you if:

You’re an Assistant Producer on PC and/or Console games.

You’re people, process and delivery focussed.

You want to join an independent studio on the cusp of something amazing.

As the Associate Development Director you'll provide support to the Development Director and Development Manager to ensure that production is running on track and to budget.

You will be building schedules, assisting planning, and updating trackers and tasks using Jira. As Ballistic Moon's development team grows there will be scope for career development and progression within the studio.

The skills and XP you'll bring to the role…

  • Min of 1 year experience in PC/Console games production
  • Basic understanding of game development and production processes
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve results under tight deadlines
  • An honest and transparent individual who is focussed on processes and delivery

This is an exciting position for anyone who wants to be part of a small studio, working on high quality AAA projects, alongside colleagues who are a no-nonsense, friendly, straight-talking bunch who simply love what they do.

Ballistic Moon are a new independent game studio, based in the South East of England. The studio consists of a growing team of highly experienced developers, focused on creating exceptional and innovative games for next generation platforms. They are currently working with a AAA publisher in the early stages of a major new project, so are looking to expand their team to accommodate for this growth!
