We like to think we make finding the best look easy. In truth, an awful lot goes on behind the scenes to deliver the perfect candidate for your role.
At Aardvark Swift, we'll always tailor our services in a way that works best for you. However, as a rough guide, we offer 3 main levels of service. Here's a brief guide, which outlines what's involved every step of the way.
Probably what most people think of as the "traditional recruitment service". Taking your job description and person specification as our starting point, we'll search our extensive database for candidates that meet your requirements and contact them with details of your vacancy.
We'll also advertise your role on our website and use our extensive social media network to extend your reach, communicating with our thousands of followers across Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
Our Silver service targets active jobseekers. If the people you want are unlikely to be actively looking for a job, we've got you covered with our gold and platinum services.
This is where our linkedin experience and advanced accounts can make a real difference.
In addition to the Silver service outlined above, we’ll also use sophisticated recruitment tools to carry out a bespoke search of the marketplace, including putting your vacancy in front of passive job seekers that are already in a good job but may switch for a fantastic opportunity.
As a Platinum customer, you’ll have access to all the services included in our Gold and Silver packages. Plus, you’ll benefit from our full, retained search and headhunting service.
If you opt for the platinum package, giving us exclusivity over your search, we will develop a bespoke approach which suits your company’s needs. However, there are a number of steps that we are likely to undertake as part of the search process:
