I’m generally a pretty active person and I have a love for rock climbing and bike riding. I can’t help myself when I see something new and shiny which makes me a bit of a financial liability. Not been with Aardvark long but I’m already getting stuck in!

How did you get into games as a hobby?
My Dad got me into gaming, but the reason is potentially controversial. My school report wasn’t the best and to get me to improve my behaviour and my grades he bribed me with the promise of a PlayStation. It’s surprising how well that worked as a motivator.
What’s your career background?
It’s been a lot of sales, which has prepared me well for what I do now. From selling push bikes, selling cars, selling events to now selling people and their skills! The latter is definitely the best of the bunch.
What’s an average day look like for you at Aardvark Swift?
An average day will probably be chatting with graduates, finding out where they fit in the studio system, locating those vacancies and placing them! Early days for me yet but I can’t wait to start helping shape the future of the industry.
What do you love most about your job?
Hearing graduates talk with such passion about what they want to do and where they want to be in their lives and careers. Enabling that dream is the goal!
