About me: Hi I’m Kelly, I’ve been with Aardvark Swift for over 15 years now. I’m mum to two amazing boys, and a lover of the great outdoors.
What I do: I run the Accounts Department here at Aardvark Swift, dealing with all invoicing payroll etc. I have also attained the Workplace Wellbeing Charter for the company as I’m a big believer in looking after our staff to try and help build a healthy, happy environment for the work force.

Aardvark Spotlight: Kelly Hole
As Accounts Manager, Kelly is in charge of all things finance for the business.
How would you describe your average day?
My day usually consists of organizing the payroll for the staff and managing the finances for the business.
Did you receive any training?
I have received regular training throughout my career here, which has been very useful and has helped me in maintaining a high standard of work and keeping my skills up to date.
What do you love most about working here?
I’ve been working here 18 years, the atmosphere and the community we have here is great, without it I wouldn’t have stayed here for so long.
What did you do before working at Aardvark Swift?
I originally studied Health and Beauty at college, but I’ve been accepted onto an access course and am currently working towards becoming HR trained.
What drew you to Aardvark Swift?
The opportunities, atmosphere and the staff make it worthwhile, you never dread coming to work.
What are the perks of working at Aardvark Swift?
I’m given the opportunity to progress and feel like a value to the team. There’s great perks like early finishes, the gym and staff night outs.
What do you get most out of your role at Aardvark Swift?
I’ve been here a long time so it’s great to be able to see how the business has grown and evolved over the years, for the better.
Favourite memory so far?
When Ian became director of the company, I felt as though it really benefited the company and it’s been rewarding to work for him.
