About Me:
My favourite thing to do is spend time with family and friends. I don’t mind whether we’re out exploring the world or tucked up in the living room for a movie night in, if I’m with those I care about the most, I’m happy! I have a prominent geeky streak being an avid gamer, film buff and a big fan of Dungeons and Dragons. I’m also a big foodie but less of a gourmet and more of a gannet!
Favourite Game: The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
Favourite Game Series: Pokémon
Favourite TV Series: Game of Thrones
Favourite Film: Hot Fuzz/ Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring
Favourite Book: The Hobbit/The Legend of Drizzt: Exile
Favourite Song/Band: I’d Do Anything For Love (But I Won’t Do That) – Meatloaf
How did you get into games as a hobby?
I grew up playing video games and have never lost my fondness for them. I remember choosing my first starter Pokémon on the Gameboy advance and playing through Lego Star Wars with my younger brother on the PS2 when I was a tween. As a teenager I spent many a night after school playing the Xbox 360 with friends on games like Call of Duty, Mario Kart and Grand Theft Auto. More recently, I’ve been hooked on RPGs and more story driven games like The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
What’s your career background?
I’ve come straight out of university as a 2021 graduate and into the Aardvark Swift family so my background in recruitment isn’t as extensive as many, but the future looks bright! I have previous customer service experience having worked pulling pints at my local pub and waiting at Frankie and Benny’s for just under 4 years.
