About Me:

I am a child of the games industry! I got my first console when I was three and have never looked back. I am a geek through and through and love games as well as Japanese Manga and Anime.

How did you get into games as a hobby?

I got my first console at the age of 3, my family has always been involved in the games industry, so I never really had a choice. It very quickly became one of my biggest passions and always will be.

What’s your career background?

I left school and started working in the games industry, over 10 years I moved in different roles from Test to Design and finally Production. I then fell into recruitment industry after looking for a change and have done both Internal and External positions, finding people jobs is awesome and so rewarding.

What’s an average day look like for you at Aardvark Swift?

It’s a good mix of being on the phone and searching on LinkedIn for new talent to join our great team. As the internal recruiter I am responsible for finding great new people to join our ever-growing company.

What do you love most about your job?

Getting people jobs! Knowing that you have helped somebody find a great role has always been my biggest motivator in recruitment.

Favourite memory so far?

Getting such a warm welcome when I first arrived. The team here is amazing, helpful and friendly.
