After much anticipation, hundreds of nominations, weeks of deliberation by a team of judges, the unsung heroes of games development have been unveiled. We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again, we’re really proud to be involved in this awesome initiative.
This is a huge step for us, and something we’ve been hoping to get off the ground for a long time. Hopefully it’ll grow into a giant that everyone in the industry wants to be a part of!
We decided to sponsor and organise this event because we see how great everyone is in the industry every single day. We know that without the personal contributions of so many excellent developers, studios and games would cease to exist. As there isn’t an awards which shines the spotlight on the behind the scenes work these heroes do. We’re here to shine that light!
So, after weeks of hard work from us, Alex Boucher and the rest of the team involved, we can honestly say that the inaugural event was a huge success! You can check out the photos from the drinks reception at the Mesmerist in Brighton here.
