Our candidate was a Field Sales Manager for a major toy company within the UK, and held a history of impressive sales-based roles.
We were searching to fill three Regional Sales Manager roles within the UK, Italy and Germany, for a major card game which recently experienced a huge burst of growth.
We conducted a full search of our database to find any suitable candidates who had a matching skillset and were currently searching for new work. Our consultants also utilized social media, before finding our candidate through Linkedin.
We contacted the candidate through social media with details of the role. Even though they weren’t necessarily looking for new work at the time, they were interested in the opportunity and we were able to fine tune a CV with the candidate and send it off to our client on the same day.
Our client showed great interest in the CV and promptly contacted us to arrange an interview. We contacted the candidate beforehand to go through all the details and offer some expert interview advice. From here, the candidate undertook a second skype interview with members of the company over in America who were interested in the candidate’s work.
The candidate now works for our client as the UK Regional Sales Manager for their trading card division and received a significant boost to their income.
