Coming off the back of a hugely successful 2016, in which we won the TIGA Award for ‘Best Recruitment Agency’, 2017 looks set to be the biggest and most exciting year yet at Aardvark Swift!
We’re a talented and passionate team who LOVE our industry and like to bring the same (coffee-fueled) energy to our job as our clients and candidates do.
We’ve got a great core team in place, and now its expansion time! We’re looking to make a number of hires, now and in the years ahead, including both Junior and Trainee Consultants…that’s where you come in!
If you’re reading this job description we expect that you’ve done your research into a career in recruitment and you’re excited by the prospect of a profession where literally, no two days are the same!
As a Trainee Consultant we know that you’re unlikely to come armed with an abundance of sales experience, but we do expect you to embody many (if not all) of the following personal traits which go a long way making a successful Recruiter!
The characteristics and skills you'll need to succeed:
You're savvy and not adverse to taking calculated risks.
You're not scared to try and fail as you know there are always valuable lessons to be learned.
You're always the first in your group to put your hand up when opportunities arise to step outside of your comfort zone.
You're driven to be great and understand that this doesn't happen 9-to-5.
You are a forward thinking individual who takes action based on your own initiative, which is considerable.
You are able to express yourself with flair and even charisma, either one-to-one or one-to-many.
Most of all, you are passionate, intelligent and eager to learn.
What we can offer you:
Bespoke 10-week "zero to billing consultant" in-house training programme.
Great basic salary.
Uncapped commission structure.
22 days paid holiday (as well as 3 days off at Xmas).
Regular staff social events including quarterly company socials, and our (usually messy) Summer and Christmas parties!
Discounted gym membership.
Contributory pension scheme.
Free onsite parking.
Monthly prizes for top-performing consultants.
Annual employee peer recognition awards.
So, whether you’re a fresh faced graduate, straight from university and looking to begin your career, or you already have some experience in a sales-driven professional environment, but are looking for new challenges in a close-knit, positive team – we want to hear from you!
