As a Trainee Consultant we know that you’re unlikely to come armed with an abundance of sales experience, but we do expect you to embody many (if not all) of the following personal traits which go a long way making a successful Recruiter!

You're not scared to try and fail as you know there are always valuable lessons to be learned.

You are a forward thinking individual who takes action based on your own initiative, which is considerable.
You are able to express yourself with flair and even charisma, either one-to-one or one-to-many.
Most of all, you are passionate, intelligent and eager to learn.
