General Description
The Licensing Senior Manager/ Associate Director will be responsible for driving licensing revenue from the International Licensing portfolio of properties within my client for the Soft Good/Home products as well as gifts and novelties categories.

This will require presenting, negotiating and closing licensing deals with licensees and retailers with overall responsibility for a group of brands. In addition, the person will be responsible for the consumer products programme including agent management (where applicable), key licensee partners and retail development.

This role is an important and challenging one in which demanding financial targets need to be met.

The business model is ear marked for expansion over the coming months and the individual will need to not only continue to manage existing business but also work with the team to drive new business as additional programme brands roll out.

The European Sales and Marketing Department is responsible for servicing and directing each SCEE sales territory in their commercial activities. Event Support

At various times in the year there is a need to produce materials which support internal, trade or customer meetings / exhibitions.

Duties such as video editing, brochure creation and personal attendance at such events will be required

Ad hoc Projects

From time to time the PM will be required to complete or contribute toward the completion of various projects. These will always be related to the publishing of SCEE s/w e.g. sales analysis, international research and study into optimising internal processes
