Candidate Marketing

Many of our candidates choose to work with our consultants to take a more proactive approach to their job search. A lot of the time the right job isn't advertising on the market, so we work with candidates to find these hard to find jobs and open them up! We send your CV directly to carefully-selected employers to put you in pole position for suitable new vacancies.

How does it work?

You give us your employment preferences, including any specific companies you’d like to work for.

Together, we agree a list of employers to approach on your behalf.

We send your CV to those employers and set up interviews with any that are interested in meeting you.

Simple! Although not all of the employers will be actively looking for people with your skills, we do know that they’re interested in seeing experienced candidates on a speculative basis. And it can be a great way of securing you an exciting new position!
