Final year Game Development students Niels Dewitte has won the Search For A Star competition in the UK.

With his real-time VFX entry made in Unreal Engine 4, he became “overall category winner” for Animation & VFX, and winner of the VFX category itself. An DAE programmer who wins in the Art Finals – a good example of the versatility of our students

He immediately received a job offer from nDreams, the largest developer and publisher of virtual reality games and experiences in the UK.

The competion was held at the University of Hertfordshire. Throughout the day students networked and received advice from a number of studios including Sumo Digital, Playground Games, Creative Assembly and Codemasters.
